Cupcakes Without an Oven? Here’s How to Do It in 6 Steps.

Who doesn’t love a batch of freshly baked cupcakes? But what if you don’t have an oven? No worries!

You can still enjoy moist and delicious cupcakes using a stovetop or other simple methods. Follow these 6 easy steps to whip up oven-free cupcakes and impress your friends and family.

Gather Your Ingredients and Tools Start by assembling the essentials: flour, sugar, eggs, butter (or oil), baking powder, and any flavoring of your choice (like vanilla or cocoa).

You’ll also need a mixing bowl, cupcake liners, and a deep non-stick pan with a lid or a steamer.

Prepare Your Cupcake Batter Mix your ingredients in a bowl as per your recipe. Start with the dry ingredients, then add the wet ones, stirring until smooth. Be careful not to overmix, as this can affect the texture.

Line and Fill the Molds Place cupcake liners in heatproof molds or small steel bowls. Fill each liner halfway or two-thirds to give the batter room to rise.

Set Up Your Cooking Pot Preheat your deep pan on low heat for 5 minutes. Add a wire rack or trivet at the bottom to keep the molds from direct contact with the pan. You can also use a steamer for this step.

Cook the Cupcakes Place the molds on the rack and cover the pan with a tight lid. Cook on low heat for 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.

Cool and Decorate Let the cupcakes cool completely before decorating them with frosting or toppings of your choice.
