How to Make Homemade Chocolate Hazelnut Milk: A Dreamy, Nutty Delight!

Homemade chocolate hazelnut milk is the perfect treat for those who crave a rich, indulgent, and nutty drink.

Not only is it incredibly easy to make, but it’s also a healthier alternative to store-bought versions that are often loaded with preservatives and added sugars.

With just a few simple ingredients, you can create a creamy, dreamy beverage that will satisfy your chocolate cravings.

Ingredients: 1 cup hazelnuts (raw) 2-3 tbsp cocoa powder 3-4 tbsp maple syrup or sweetener of choice 4 cups water 1 tsp vanilla extract Pinch of salt

Soak the Hazelnuts: Start by soaking the hazelnuts in water for 6-8 hours or overnight. This softens them and makes them easier to blend.

Blend: Drain the hazelnuts and place them in a high-speed blender with the 4 cups of water. Blend until smooth.

Strain: Use a nut milk bag or cheesecloth to strain the milk into a bowl or pitcher, discarding the nut pulp.

Add Chocolate & Sweetener: Return the milk to the blender and add the cocoa powder, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Blend again until fully combined.

Serve: Pour your homemade chocolate hazelnut milk into a glass, serve chilled, or warm it up for a cozy treat.
