These soft, fluffy egg rolls are perfect as a side dish, snack, or part of a larger meal. Let's get started! 

Ingredients: 4 large egg 1 tablespoon of soy sauce 1 tablespoon of sesame oil

1 teaspoon of sugar A pinch of salt Chopped vegetables (optional, such as spinach, carrots, or onions) Oil for cooking

Prepare the Egg Mixture: In a bowl, crack the eggs and beat them well. Add soy sauce, sesame oil, sugar, and a pinch of salt. If you want to add vegetables, chop them finely and mix them into the egg mixture. 

Cook the Egg Rolls: Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and add a little oil.  

Pour a small amount of the egg mixture into the pan, swirling it around to cover the bottom evenly. Cook until set, then roll the egg carefully from one end to the other. 

Repeat and Serve: Repeat the process with the remaining egg mixture, stacking each roll as you go. Slice into bite-sized pieces and serve warm.
